February 16, 1942 Second war reached Curaçao & Aruba

WILLEMSTAD, On February 16, it has been exactly 73 years ago the Second World war reached Curaçao and Aruba. Torpedo attacks by German U-boats destroyed boats alongside Aruba and in Curaçao the Rafaela was torpedoed.
